Guest Portal User's Guide

To receive an access pass to the parking garage, a short-term renter must first receive an invite from their rental host. Afterwards, the guest completes the following steps:

Registering and Receiving a Pass

1. Renters will receive and email and a text message (if phone number provided) with a link

The guest uses the link to go to the Grand Complex guest portal where they confirm their email and create a new password.

2. They receive a pop-up message showing all current invites from rental hosts. The rental guests simply needs to select the right pass to complete. 

3. They will complete the registration information including vehicle type and license .

4. If rental management company paid, they will then get the QR code immediately

5. If they are paying, they will be prompted with a credit card screen and then sent the QR code.

Registering a Rental Car

6. For people that rent vehicles and do not know the vehicle and license plate at the time of getting the QR code, they will be given the option to select "This vehicle is a rental" and come back later to register that information. 

They will receive a pop-up message when they select "This vehicle is a rental."

7. They will be able to update their information later after they receive their rental vehicle, but before they enter the parking garage.
