I’m an owner that flies in a few times a year and has a rental car. How will I get access to the garage?

If you are an owner and do not have a permanent vehicle with an RFID sticker, you can contact the SOA and they will issue a temporary RFID to hang from your mirror and this gets you through the SOA gates.  In addition, you can have this registered with the First Services admin to get you into the parking garage.

Otherwise, you will need to get a QR code from your rental management company or issue the QR code yourself and pay $10 for it. 

 

Then, after your stay, you will need to contact [e-mail] to get a credit processed.  You will need to provide your unit number and dates of stay so we can issue the credit on the backend.  As a reminder, it will credit whoever paid the $10.
