How to Add Vehicles to Your Vendor Account
This guide will walk you through the process of adding and managing vehicles within your Vendor Portal.
Step 1: Access the Vehicles Section
To begin managing your vehicles:
- Select the Vehicles tab from the list of available options.
Step 2: Add Vehicle Details
Once you are in the Vehicles section, you can register a new vehicle:
- Click the Add Vehicle button to open the window.
- Enter the following information as required by your community:
- Make, model, type, and color
- License plate number and state
- Year of the vehicle
- Primary driver’s name
- After completing all required fields, click Save to add the vehicle to your profile.
Step 3: Manage Vehicles
You can update your vehicle list at any time. From the Vehicles tab, you can:
- Edit: Update vehicle details or license plate information.
- Remove: Delete vehicles that are no longer part of your active fleet.
