This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to complete a guest registration.
Step 1: Start Registration
- Open the guest registration link provided by your host (via website, email, or text).
Step 2: Enter Basic Information
- First name & last name
- Email address
- Phone number
Step 3: Select Stay Details
- Choose arrival and departure dates from the dropdown
- Enter each guest’s name
- Press Enter after each name
Step 4: Verify Your Identity
- Choose how to receive your code:
- Mobile phone or Email
- Enter the 6-digit verification code
- Click Verify
Step 5: Vehicle & Notifications
- Select number of vehicle passes
- Enter vehicle details (if known)
- If not, check the box to add later
- Optional: Opt in for SMS notifications
Step 6: Review Community Guidelines
- Read the guidelines
- Check “I agree to Community Guidelines”
Step 7: Payment (if required)
- Enter:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVV
- Billing ZIP code
- Note: If your host disabled payments, skip this step
Step 8: Final Review & Submit
- Double-check:
- Property details
- Guest info
- Passes
- Total charges
- Click “Purchase Passes”
Step 9: After Completion
- If payment is successful:
- You’ll be taken to your passes page
- You can:
- Print passes
- Add more passes (if allowed)

- Reuse the same registration link
- Add additional passes (within allowed limits)
