Lesson 1: Managing Commercial Vendor Access

As an owner or property manager, you can share a single-use pass. It can be used to allow a vendor to access the garage to perform work at your condo.  If the vendor already has an SOA RFID sticker, this QR code is not needed.

How to share a single-use pass:

1. Click on “Share a One-Time Vendor Pass

2. Fill in the First and Last Name of the Vendor as well as the Company Name. You can send the QR code to an email and/or a mobile phone number.

3. Click the “Share” button to send the code.

4. A green line saying “Pass shared successfully” will appear on the screen.

5. The code will be sent via email and/or text to the recipient. Here’s a sample text QR code
