From the Short-Term rental screen, select “Guest List” to view all of your guests that have been issued an invitation for a pass and the current status of the invitation. This will allow you to actively manage your rentals and make sure they receive a QR code prior to arriving.
Review the Status of Each Guest's Invitation
1. To check the status of the QR code, select guest list as shown above and view the list of guests you’ve invited – the top half of the screen indicates renters who have not accessed the QR code.
2. The bottom half of the screen indicates guest who have accessed the QR code. If the status is incomplete – the renter has not yet finished registering their vehicle and downloaded the code.
3. If the status is active, it means the pass has been scanned at the gate and guest had gained access to the garage. If it states inactive, the guest has registered, received their QR code but hasn’t scanned their pass at the gate. If it shows up as inactive, the guest hasn’t completed their registration and received their pass.
4. You can also resend the link by clicking Reinvite if your guest lost it or can’t find. If your renter cancels but hasn’t accessed their account yet or has access it and paid, you can delete and refund them. Simply click delete and you will receive a prompt to delete or refund the guest.
5. You will also be able to credit an account if the renter cancels prior to using the QR code
