You can easily send your guests a link to the Grand Complex registration portal. Once your guests have registered, they will receive a QR code to access the parking garage. Please note: They will still need a Visitor Pass from the front security gate of the Sandestin Resort.
How to Invite Your Short-Term Rental Guests
1. Once you’ve registered your short-term rental and have been approved by a First Service Residential Administrator, select the “Invite a Short-Term Rental Guest” tab.
2. Enter the name, email address, and phone number.
3. Select the rental unit address from the drop down (this will only include the rentals registered to you or your company.
4. Next, select dates of stay.
5. Click the box to pay for the Guest pass if you wish to do so. Otherwise, leave it blank, and the renter guest will pay when they input their vehicle information.
6. If you want to add more than one rental guest, click “Add a Recipient” and enter the information for the next guest. This will allow you to “bulk” send out QR codes and BULK PAY for all the recipients that are entered.
7. If you are PAYING, you will be prompted to review the submitted information and enter a credit card. You will receive a summary screen, an email and a text if phone number was included. The renter will also be sent an email and text.
