Symliv App: How to Install and Log In to the Symliv Resident/Owner App

To access your community’s owner features on the go, follow these steps to download and sign in to the Symliv Resident/Owner App.  

 

Step 1. Download the App

If you haven't installed the app yet, search for "Symliv Resident" in your device's app store or use the direct links below:  

• iOS (Apple App Store): Symliv Resident App  
• Android (Google Play Store): Symliv Resident App  

 

Step 2. Enter Your Community ID

Once the app is open, you will be prompted to enter your Community ID.  

• The ID is unique to your specific community.  
• Format: Use only lowercase letters with no spaces.  
• Example: If your community is "Sunny Town," enter sunnytown and select Next.  

 

Step 3. Sign In

After entering your Community ID, provide your login credentials:  

• Email & Password: Use the same credentials you use for your Resident/Owner Web Portal.  
• Tap Login to access your app's main menu.
