This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to register a host account.
Note: Steps may vary slightly depending on your community.
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Click Create Account on the Host Portal
- Enter your Community Code
- Fill in:
- Name
- Email address
- Password
- Click Create Account
Step 2: Enter Rental Manager Information
Fill in the required details:
- Name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Phone number
- Complete mailing address
Click Continue when finished
Step 3: Community Orientation (If Required)
- Some communities require a short 2–3 minute orientation video
- Click Get Started or Continue to watch
Step 4: Review & Submit
- Double-check all your information
- Click Submit Information
- Then click Continue to finalize
