Host Portal: V2 Host Payment Method Setup

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up V2 Host Payment Method

Step 1: Access Invitation Settings

• Log in to your Host Portal
• Go to My Rentals

Step 2: Locate Your Property

• Find your property in the list
• Under the View column, click Invite Guests

 Step 3: Payment Options Overview

You’ll see two options:

• Host Pays for Passes
• Guest Pays for Passes

 Step 4: Host Pays for Passes 

 Setup

1. Add a payment method:
   • Credit card or bank account (ACH)
2. If using a credit card, enter:
   • Card number
   • Expiration date
   • CVC
   • Cardholder name
   • ZIP code
3. Click Save Info
4. Enable Host Pays for Passes

Note: Guests do NOT pay during registration, you are charged for all passes using your saved payment method

 Step 5: Guest Pays for Passes

 Setup

• Simply click Enable under Guest Pays for Passes

• You get a unique registration link
• Share it with your guest
• Guests pay for their passes themselves during registration

 Important:

• Each property has its own link
• Always send the correct link for the right property
