This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to purchase passes directly from your vendor account.
Step 1: Access the Vendor Portal
Log in to your Vendor Portal account using your credentials to begin the procurement process.
- Click Get Passes from the main menu.
Step 2: Selecting Pass Types
- Choose the specific pass type and quantity you wish to purchase. Please note that available pass types are determined by your community's specific requirements.
Step 3: Required Information
Fill out the necessary fields as required by your community's specific policies. This may include:
Vehicle Details: Provide the make, model, or license plate.
Personnel: Enter the names of the employee(s) and driver.
Destination: Begin typing an address and select the correct one from the drop-down list that appears.
Quick Tip: If you have already saved vehicles or employees to your company profile, you can instantly select them from the drop-down list to save time.
Note: Required fields, pass durations, and pricing are set according to each community's specific guidelines and requirements.
Step 4: Complete Acknowledgement
Before proceeding to checkout, you may be required to complete the Vendor Acknowledgement Course or Community Orientation. This ensures all vendors are up to date on current community policies and safety standards.
Step 5: Review Information
Review Passes: Carefully verify that all required information and selected pass types in your cart are accurate.
Once confirmed, click Submit Information or Confirm Purchase to proceed.
Step 6: Payment
Depending on your community, you might be required to pay for your employee passes.
Review payment amount, then select payment type if different options are available.
For card transactions, select the card payment option, then click Confirm Purchase.
Stripe Payment: Enter your email and card information, and when done, click Pay to process your payment.
Order Completion
Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected back to the portal.
Review your order summary for your records.
Accessing Your Passes
All purchases can be found under the My Passes section of your account.
Note: While some passes are digital, some specific pass types may require physical pickup within the community.
